Shared Value was founded in December 1999 by Andrew Best and Matthew Hooper as they recognised that there was a need for specialist investor and public relations services, where senior management could buy an integrated capital markets communications solution and simply make one telephone call that covered all of their needs.
Shared Value has worked for companies across Europe, especially in Scandinavia, Russia and the CIS, the UK and Eastern Europe. Today, Shared Value is an independent company controlled by its Partners. We have close working relationships with our key joint venture partners: IMX Capital in Benelux and MBS Value in North America.
